Care is needed when appointment is schedule, client is willing to coordinate with caregiver schedule for future shifts. between the hours of TBD and caregiver should be able to start on Monday 1/13/25 @ 8:20 am. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Companionship · Transferring & Mobility - (clearing path to prevent the client from falling) · Transportation - Doctor's Appointments, Pharmacy/Medication Refills, Groceries/Shopping.
