CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Gloversville, NY. Care is needed for 4 visits and caregiver should be able to start on May 14th . This job is 8 hours total with 4 visits at 2 hours each. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance ( assist with getting in/out has bench and grab bars hand held shower), grooming ( getting dressed), mobility ( assist with getting up walking alongside for support h/5'0" w/130lbs), light housekeeping ( dust, sweep/mop, change bed linens, laundry, clean bathroom).
