CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits . Female UHC member needing Female vaxed caregiver, near, Ballston Lake, NY . Care is needed once weekly would like to talk to the CG and decide. This job is approximately 2hrs once a week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Transportation to doc appt/ grocery shopping, Meal Prep (no food allergies), Light Housekeeping - change bed linen, cleaning the dishes or put in dishwasher, dust, vacuum, mop clean the bathroom,.
