Care is needed Flexible Monday - Sunday between the hours of Morning and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 6 hours per week two shift. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Bathing * Grooming -washing hair & clipping nails * Companionship * Transferring & Mobility - (clearing path to prevent the client from falling) wife use a scooter - fall risk, * Managing Medications * Transportation - Doctor's Appointments, Pharmacy/Medication Refills, Groceries/Shopping.
