Need a empathetic, considerate, and nurturing caregiver located near West Islip, NY to help care for Father. I need support Monday morning, Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning, Tuesday afternoon, Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning, Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning, Thursday afternoon, Friday morning, and Friday afternoon. Caregiver should be able to start December 19, 2024 and is expected to work 5 hours per week. Caregiver's duties will include bathing, grooming, toileting, and transferring & mobility.
