We are looking for a caregiver for our mother to work through the CDPAP program Peekskill, NY. Care ia needed for 70 hours and should be able to start ASAP On May 1, 2025 (tentative). They would need to register with PPL. Mom had a stroke that has rendered her unable to stand or walk. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: She needs help with all aspects of daily living, including toileting, bathing, eating, medication reminders, etc. Her caregiver will need to be able to transfer her from bed to wheelchair to recliner or toilet using a Sara lift. The stroke also left her with dementia, the primary symptom of which is that she doesn't remember that she can't stand or walk. All applicants will be considered.
