CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Glens Falls, NY. Care is needed 1 visit per week from 4:30pm - 6:30pm and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week - 8 hrs total per month. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing – stand by assistance, Companionship, Transportation – groc/shop, Meal prep – diabetic diet – does not like cabbage or broccoli, Light Housekeeping – run the vac.
