Care is needed Monday - Sunday between the hours of Morning/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on 4/3/2024. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Meal Preparation, Personal Care - Bathing - caregiver on stand by when the client take a shower, Transferring & Mobility - had stroke in 2020, use a cane - fall risk, Transportation Doctor appointment, Pharmacy, Shopping, Etc, Medication Reminders, Companionship & Communication - take the client for walk.
