CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Newburgh, NY 12550. Care is needed mornings but negotiable and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours shift twice a wk for total 16hr a month. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: companionship (sit with member and visit, very social likes history, mod w/walks), mobility (assist with getting up and walking alongside for support h/5'10 w/212lbs), bathing (assist Mod), grooming (assist with getting dressed), meal prep (simple meals), medication reminders if needed.
