I am seeking a passionate, empathetic, and responsible caregiver located near Carthage, NY to help care for myself. I need care 4 days per week in the morning, afternoon, and evening. 15 hours per week of care is needed to start December 30, 2021. The caregiver will be responsible for performing the following: transferring & mobility, meal prep, grooming, housekeeping, transportation, toileting, walking & exercise, medication reminders, companionship, groceries & shopping, and bathing.
