CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Sayre, PA. Care is needed 1 visit in the morning 7am - 11am and next visit to be determined and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per visit. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: His needs: Meal prep, Light Housekeeping/Laundry. and her needs Bathing – total, Grooming – dress/undress and clean the dentures, Toileting – total, Transfer/Mobility – total assist, Companionship, Meal Prep, Light Housekeeping/Laundry.
