CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Clinton< NY. Care is needed Saturdays from 2:30p-4:30p and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: toileting ( encourage member to use the restroom while there and assist with cleaning up), mobility ( assist with getting up walk alongside for support h/5'0" w/108lbs), light housekeeping ( occassionally do laundry), companionship ( encourage member to drink fluids, visit with member, do small activities for dementia patients). All applicants will be considered. Please note, qualifying for this job will allow you to work with other members under this elite program.
