CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Lancaster, OH. Care is needed days and times to be determined upon hire no Tuesdays and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: toileting ( assist with getting to toileting, sitting down and cleaing up), mobility assistance ( help with getting up walking alongside for support h/4'7" w/104lbs), meal prep ( soft foods and food such as meat cut up extremely finely), companionship ( visit with member, do flash cards to help with vocabulary, member was once an avid reader), lighthousekeeping ( dust bedroom, clean bathroom), medication reminder.
