CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Lawton, OK. Care is needed 2 hrs once a week, flexible on the days, prefers afternoons. The caregiver should be able to start ASAP. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: light housekeeping/laundry, bathing (stand by assist) toileting (states that she is having gastric/bowel issues and may need assistance) occasional meal prep, companionship, transfer/mobility (uses a cane and walker).
