CareLinx and UHC are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near BIXBY, OK .Care is MON & THU needed Mon or Thu between the hours of 10-12 and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include bathing (full support; member takes shower; has shower chair; 5'5 197 lbs), grooming (full support, help get dressed and wash her hair), toileting (help member get up/off the toilet to her walker), transfer/mobility (help member move w/walker), meal prep (healthy foods), transportation . All applicants will be considered. Please note, qualifying for this job will allow you to work with other members under this elite program.
