CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Roseburg, OR. Care is needed maybe 2 or 4 hrs shifts permanent schedule will be set once the caregiver is hired, and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 or 4 hours per week. Mr has 8 hours and Mrs has 8 hours to use. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: His needs: Transportation - dr appts, rx, groc/shop, errands, Meal prep - diabetic diet, nothing acidic - no tomatoes, oranges, apples, or dairy or ice cream pr milk. Her needs: Bathing - stand by assistance, wash her hair, back and privates, Grooming - Dress/undress, Transfer/Mobility, Transportation - dr appts, rx, groc/shop, errands, Meal prep, Exercise - walking in the house and outside.
