We are looking for a caregiver near Grants Pass, OR . Care is needed every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12PM to 4PM and caregiver should be able to start on September 16, 2024. This job is approximately 16 hours per week. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: companionship, meal prep (cook), housekeeping (includes laundry), transportation (doctors), bathing (assistance), grooming (assistance), toileting (assistance), and transferring & mobility (assistance).
