Care is needed Flexible Only Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm and caregiver should be able to start on TBD. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Personal Care - Client is needing a lots of help with - Bathing, Grooming, Toileting, Transferring & Mobility - use a wheelchair and walker - fall risk, Light Housekeeping/Laundry - after the client shower.
