Care is needed Monday - Friday between the hours of Morning and caregiver should be able to start on 4/16/2024 Time: TBD After procedure 4/22/2024. This job is approximately 10 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Meal Preparation, Personal Care - Bathing, Grooming - client needs help with putting on compression sockings, Transferring & Mobility - walker and scooter - fall risk, Grocery shopping - Pick Up, Transportation Doctor appointment Upcoming surgrey on 4/16/2024 Time: TBD 30 min (24.5 miles) 25 Heckel Rd, McKees Rocks, PA 15136.
