CareLinx and Troy Medicare are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Hamlet, NC 28345. Care is needed Monday - Sunday between the hours of Morning/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on 4/12/2024. This job is approximately 3 hours once a month. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Personal Care - Bathing - CG assist is needed, Transferring & Mobility - use a wheelchair and sometimes use her walker - fall risk, Grooming - CG assist is needed to wrap up her knee to her hips - has a lymphedema.
