CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Fountain Inn, SC. Care is needed 1 visit bi-weekly shift will be 11:30am to 3:30pm and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours bi-week - 8 hrs total a month. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing – stand by assistance, Grooming – dress/undress, Transfer/Mobility – she is unsteady, Companionship, Meal prep – low sodium, Light housekeeping/laundry, Med reminders, exercise – go for walks outside.
