CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Kingston, TN. Care is needed flexible on days/times members are morning people needing someone twice a week for 2 hours per visit and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: companionship ( visit with member, has goats and likes to feed them), light housekeeping (clean bathroom, sweep/mop, vacuum, wipe down kitchen), mobility ( assist with getting up walk alongside for support h/4'11" w/ 145lbs and h/5'9"w/ 190lbs), occasional transportation ( doctor appts local grocery shopping).
