CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Gallatin, TN. Care is needed preferably Wednesday or Saturday mornings and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours every other week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing ( help get in/out of shower) mobility (assist with getting up walking alongside for support h/4'11" w/125 lbs), light housekeeping (sweeping/mopping, clean bathroom), meal prep (simple meals), medication reminders (assist with setting up weekly pillbox).
