CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Abilene, TX. Care is needed 1 visit weekly for 2 hours after 1pm and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week - 4 visits a month. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing - ask him when he bathed last, Companionship, Transportation - dr appts, rx, groc shopping, Light Housekeeping/Laundry - his laundry, wash, dry and folded and put away, keep things tidy, clean kitty litter box, break down the chewy box, make sure to pick up after Len, Med Remnders - help him with his pil; box, Help him with technology on the ipad or iphone.
