Member is looking for someone to come in a couple of times per week to acquire assistance in bathing, grooming, and just generally getting ready for the day. Services would be moderate (i.e. some physical assistance). Member has Parkinson's, so these activities can become difficult with the tremors, so any additional help is wanted and needed.
