CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits . Female UHC member needing Female vaxed caregiver, near, San Antonio, TX. Care is needed 4hrs once every other week would like morning . This job is approximately 4hrs once every other week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing (Stand By assistance), meal prep (no food allergies) , Transportation to doc appt/grocery shopping/pharmacy pickup, Mobility Assistance ( uses a cane mem is 230 lbs 5"10") , companionship, Medication reminders .
