CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Cleveland, TX. Care is needed Monday or Friday afternoons and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: occasional toileting ( assist on occasion with cleaning up), transportation ( get out for social events, run errands, grocery shopping ect), companionship ( play dominoes and help with technology), meal prep (simple meals), light housekeeping ( sweep/mop, run vacuum, clean bathroom, dust, ect), medication reminders ( occassional assist with setting up weekly pill box).
