CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Newcastle, TX. Care is needed prefers mid week and afternoons and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per visit. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: toileting ( help getting to the bathroom) mobility ( assist with getting up/transferring to wheelchair h/5'11" w/197 lbs), meal prep (simple meals), light housekeeping ( change bed linens, laundry, sweep/mop, clean bathroom etc), medication reminders ( remind member to take meds and assist with setting up weekly pill box).
