We are looking for a caregiver near Salt Lake City, UT. Care is needed only for a day; Wednesday form 1PM- estimated 2 and half an hour and caregiver should be able to start on April 16, 2025. This job is approximately 3 hours per week. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Companionship (for assistance) and Transportation (pick up and send home). Im having a medical procedure done, what's called an RFA. I've had half of it done (right side) however when I scheduled the other side, the person that was suppose to attend the appointment with me, bailed at the last minute. Since I'm being sedated, I would need someone there with me during the procedure, and a ride home. I can meet you at the doctors office which is in South Jordan, or you can pick me up. Im willing to pay. It's scheduled for Wednesday, April 16th @ 1 PM. Im not being put under, put won't be able to drive hence the need for someone there per the doctors offices policies."
