Care is needed Flexible Monday - Friday between the hours of Morning/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP This job is approximately 3hrs twice 6hrs weekly. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include 路 Bathing 路 Transferring & Mobility - (clearing path to prevent the client from falling) wife fall risk - cane has a bad knee, husband use a push walker and cane - fall risk. glaucoma poor vision in his right eye 路 Transportation - Doctor's Appointments - husband 路 Companionship.
