The primary duties of this caregiver will include: companionship, bathing, grooming, transfer and mobility. About client: early 90s female. Height 5'1" Weight 123. Uses cane for mobility. She uses a walk-in shower with shower chair. Companionship, more hands on bathing assistance Stand by assist transfer and mobility and more hands on bathing. Member is able to wash herself, grooming helping her get This job is approximately these hour's per month: 8 very flexible to provider schedule Estimated Start Date: 8-8-22 You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UnitedHealthcare through the use of digital care plans.
