Need caregiver asap to cover shifts that our current caregiver is off. Special needs: transferring & mobility, toileting, medication reminders, meal prep, housekeeping, grooming, , and companionship, lifting w/slider to reposition up as he keeps sliding down due to his lower back & paralysis (end stages Alzheimer's/dementia). Careful repositioning side to side to change diaper & lift to alleviate potential bed sores . Sponge bath. Careful blended food feeding & smoothies , aspirations increased. We purchased a hospital home care bed. from-MON 5pm-11pm, Tuesday: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Wednesday 5:30pm to 11:00pm, Thursday 8:30PM to 11:00pm Rosemary: FRI & SAT 8:30am-5:30pm. Must be patient, experienced, compassionate. Must meet w/our current caregiver to go over specifics on care.
