CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver in Beloit WI . Care shift days can be flexible and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP to support members recovery from Surgery Discharge. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Meal prep. Bathing assistance. Light housekeeping, This job is approximately 2 hours for 2x weekly for first week and 2 hours total for second week. 6 hours total HATH- Schedule TBD once CG is connected with member. All applicants will be considered. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans.
