CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver nearNew Richmond, WI. Care is needed flexible on days prefer afternoons and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Seeking assistance bathing (full assistance has a bench and grab bar h/5'6"w/350lbs) grooming (assist with getting dressed), transfer/mobility (assist with once she gets up as she gets dizzy), transportation (open to cg driving her car and running errands/picking up prescriptions) meal prep (assist with cooking), light housekeeping ( change bed linens, laundry), medication reminders (help with set up pill boxes).
