CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Horicon, WI. Care is needed 1 visit per week, shift is 2pm - 6pm and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week - 12 hours total for the job. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Toileting – incontinence, Companionship, Meal prep – no raw onions, seeds – wife has crones disease be familiar of what not to cook, Light Housekeeping/laundry, mobility ( assist with getting up walking alongside for support h/5'9 w/316 lbs).
