I believe I'm a good caregiver because I care for residents as if they were my own family, I like hearing about where they came from and listening to stories they have to tell. I think I was attracted to being a caregiver because my great grandmother was in a nursing home and I was interested in how they took care of her and when I went to visit her I just loved it. One of my biggest personal achievements is say is becoming a caregiver it took two years of classes and once I completed that it was all worth it in the end.
