First I was working in a private case for a year , then i decided to go take the course to became a home health aide . right now i am in school to became a patient care tech . What is inspire me ? is my grand father. for years i have being taking care of my grand father , i seen how other aide has being treating my grand father i didn't like some how . so since then i started to help my mom taking care of him even tho he was still having a care giver but i put eyes on them helps them ,explained to them what he likes or not . so i think it is a good thing to help the elderly of been independent and helping them with some activities also .
