I decided to become a CNA because I previously took care of my grandpa until he passed. I knew after that I wanted to help other elderly people that needed it like him, but didn't have the family to help them. I think what makes me a good caregiver is that I'm compassionate about people and really give them my all. I enjoy getting to know the resident and what they did in their life. I'm proud of starting my way in the health field because I soon hope to further my career.
