I come from a background of caregivers and nurses so I decided to follow in their footsteps. Being a caregiver was my calling. I feel like everyone needs help and that no one should feel alone. I have been in this field for 9 years and I can say I enjoy my patients and my job. Knowing that I am helping someone get through life or there last days makes my heart smile. I am so dedicated to this because I have had family members that have been sick and needed assistance. And I know maybe one day I maybe in need of some assistance. So I look at it as a priority.
