I'm the type of person that has great interpersonal skills, an empathetic person, very caring, and dependable. I became a Certified Nurse Assistant when my uncle was in a nursing home and I saw how he was being cared for. It made me want to become a CNA so that I could care for my loved ones properly at home if needed and those in nursing home setting ls as well. This is something that has to be in your heart and it's in mine. I enjoy most about my career as a CNA is being able to help others and I love the fact that I am able to make my residents smile daily. It let me know I am doing something right.
