I love people. As I've aged I realize my sons need me in their lives for their children. That's humbling to know they might think I have something to pass on to the next generation. Every person has a unique life story. I'd be enriched to know about a family history different than mine but just as interesting. I raised two sons and spend as much time as I'm able with their children. In 2016 I lost my Mom. Mom had dementia and needed in home supervision at first. In 2008 she went into Assisted Living and I provided for her needs until she passed. The wonderful staff and Hospice left a tremendous influence on my life. The importance of kindness and their generosity to me and Mom was a blessing.

What makes me a GREAT caregiver is that I really CARE to me this is personal. I care for my patients as if they were my own family member. I don't cut corners or rush, because that's not what I would want for my family member. My husband is Active Duty Army and I went home to provide hospice care for both of my Grandmas. It was the hardest and most rewarding time I spent with them. I am a very down to earth Northern Midwesterner. I am a great cook!
