I'm kind, happy, healthy, easy going, fit, in great shape, a gentle soul that loves animals. I'm college educated, multi-lingual, CPR/AED certified, fitness instructor certified and yoga teacher certified. Have a car, insurance, driver's license and a clean DMV record. Love to drive, read, walk, outings, shopping, grocery shopping, play bingo, cards, physical activity, engage in meaningful conversations, deep breathing, movies, beaches, etc.

Im 53 years old im a certified massage therapist by trade,I am a compashionate loving mother of two grown children 4 grandkids, I am actively looking for approx 16 a week preferably.Ive cared for my elderly parents.Take them to drs apointments shop for them. My father passed 3 years aqo my sister and myself have always been there for any needs they would have my mother still alive lives with my sister in hemet.I am so dependable I can do any thing they need shopping cooking for them dr apointments get them there and also take them to get any perscriptions they need at pharmacy.I c am currently careing for an elderly woman I cook her meals for the week take her to the drs and where ever she needs to go shopping also as I indicated I can massage therapy as well companionship. I am married my husband works for 24 hour fitness in Ontario he has been employed there for 20 years were very healthy and active I know a lot about exercises for the elderly ,and I also have a daughter who is a certified in health .
