My experience working with seniors, is that I cared for my grandmother who was at the age of 70 years old and was diagnosed with diabetes and due to all amputations and illness. I help and assisted her in caring of hygiene, bathing, clothing, cleaning of room and areas, and preparation of all dietary meals of 3 per day including snacks. Would always enjoy daily conversations over morning coffee and talk with through the day and watch television, etc. I also I am currently caring for my husband who has been diagnosed with bi-polar schizophrenia and have helped and assisted in his wellness recovery being involved with doctor visits, helping and assisting him with hygiene, dressing/clothing, medication, meals preparation, etc.
