I have always been a very loving and caring person. I get great joy when I can help my clients do their smallest of tasks and I love to make them smile. I am a Certified Caregiver. I have helped many clients with all different types of issues. ie strokes. a quadriplegic, Parkinson Disease, Dementia. These clients have had all different levels of medical needs. Some more than others. I have always been very active. In the past I had been a running coach with Phoenix Fit and today I practice Bikrams yoga, Hot Pilates, Barre and hike.
