Hello , my name is La'Cole. I have an outgoing and vivacious personality I'm very enthusiastic, loving and kind hearted. I absolutely love working with children and the elderly . I'm self-motivated, trustworthy and extremely reliable. I'm currently employed as a Behavior Therapist doing In Home ABA working with children/adults with mental disabilities and absolutely feel in love with it, it's a very rewarding job . Before becoming a behaviorist I was a respite worker as well as caring for the elderly . I am a young individual and I'm driven to continue to enrich the lives of others as well as minimize the stress on family memebers. Working with children and the elderly is my passion and I take my job very seriously. I go above and beyond for my clients, it's very important that I still give my clients that sense of independence.
