I was attracted to becoming a caregiver when my grandmother was in the hospital and I saw how loving and genuine the nurses were to her, I wanted to create that connection with patients and leave a positive impression on them. The part I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to help with the small things that mean the most and being able to put a smile on my families faces. I believe my positive, upbeat personality makes me a great caregiver, I am able to make strong connections with people. A personal achievement I am proud of is attaining my CNA is high school. It took longer than most CNA classes but it gave me the opportunity to find a job I truly love.
