Woodland Palms memory care

I took care of residents with memory care. I transferred residents from bed to their wheelchair, from wheelchair to bed, and from wheelchair to shower chair. I helped residents to eat and made sure residents made it to all their meals. I gave showers, changes depends, changed beds, did laundry, took vitals, and watched for any changes in their behavior.
