I experienced how one act of kindness can mean a million words when my sister too it upon her self to be a care taker of a neighbor who was neglected by his family just be cause of her illness. Even up to her last breath, that meant a whole world to this patient. From then it changed me. It's been 9 years now. I love what I do. One smile at a time.
