Hi, I have been in the medical field for six years now and have worked almost everywhere due to working with nurse registries since the beginning of being a certified nursing assistant. Having the great opportunity of working with various nurse registries I learned a lot and gained an abundance of experience working in different facilities, settings, and with patients. I've worked in SNFs, home health, hospice, assisted living, hospital, prison, and even schools. I have great work ethics, am proactive, great listener, very attentive as to me every detail matters, kind, and flexible, but most importantly I feel like my patience really goes such a long way in this line of work. I feel that because of my patience and gentle care I provide I am able to make my patients feel special, loved, and encouraged to push through to feel better. I like to give my patients a little piece of my heart to let them know they are extremely cared for. What inspired me to go into this field is my twin brother. He has always been such a huge inspiration for me, his bravery and strength through hospital life and life in general has always awed me. He amazes me every day and reminds me how I would want him to be taken care of. One of my current achievements that I am proud of is having the opportunity to work with a wonderful little lady that was immobile, depressed and non talkative when I met her to being able to walk, talkative, and smiling after working with her for 4 months. I always say that giving people your time and a lot of carenes really goes a long way! I take my work and the care I provide with the utmost respect, seriousness and love. I treat my patients like they are my family.
