My name is Christina Lopez. I have been a caregiver for 10 plus years. I am very compassionate and love to help the elderly continue to be independent as much as they can in their own home. I have always loved helping others and enjoy spending my time with elderly. They always have such great stories from their life experiences. I was with my last patients for 7 years. In that time I grew to love them very much as if they were my own grandparents.

Since I was a child, I've loved helping other people. I enjoy working with people of all ages and circumstances. What excites me most about this position is the opportunity to help those with disabilities live happier, healthier lives. I think helping other people affects the local community positively, so I'd feel honored to accept such a vital role. I'm interested in being a caregiver because I'd like to increase the amount of care the elderly population receives. As I learned through my previous health care experience, this population often benefits from caregivers who provide companionship and who pay attention to detail. This can help improve the daily lives of this population. I'd love to be a part of that effort through this position and help improve the kind of care this group receives

Moreover, I am trustworthy and responsible person who take great pleasure in all kinds of caregiving tasks. Besides, I am dedicated to work hard and always accept challenges to produce winning outcomes. Over and above, I am an active team player who is able to work effectively with family members.

I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I have a passion for caring for others. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way because if I could still help my grandparents now with the experience I have now I would feel much better.

I am a very compassionate, patient, spiritual and caring person. I strongly believe that our services as caregivers have to go beyond assisting our clients with their physical limitations. We can support them emotionally and spiritually as well. I love how my position as a caregiver allows me to choose a schedule that helps me to continue with my college education. I enjoy being a caregiver because I want people to know that they are not alone with any physical or mental struggle that they have and that there is always someone there to help and make sure they are okay.

I have been a certified Medical Assistant for over eight years. Therefor my scope is wider then a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). I have many years of work experience working with Geriatric population. My certification and BLS CPR are current. I am available for evening care and weekends.

I consider myself to be compassionate person with our elders, they need us now. Is not easy life for them and they know that. This create a depression to our elder people.
